How does a VIP day work?
→ First we pick an area to focus on. This can include Client Management Systems, Sales/Launching, Marketing, or Project/Task Management.
→ If you’re not sure where our time is best spent, dont worry! We can do a audit of your business to figure out where the gaps are and where our time will be best spent for maximum impact.
→ Next we will come up with an action plan for the day. This will be prioritised so that we focus on the high value stuff first and leave the nice to haves to the end.
→ Then we get to it! This is where the magic happens.
